The rooms at this place were fantastic! They looked great and had a nice view. the bathroom was also really nice 👌. the staff were so friendly and polite, they made me feel right at home.

Staff was superfriendly and exceptionally nice, and facilities were comfortable here. Delicious food combined with a nice service.

the hotel provides an excellent service. it has huge beautiful rooms, that come with nice bathroom n lighting, an extra towel plus a good view. the venue offers a great selection of food that was good.

The hotel's location is great, close to restaurants, the convention center, and car rental options. the twin room was comfortable with amenities like a refrigerator, tea/coffee making equipment, and a writing desk. - the bathroom was spacious and everything was in good condition.

Rooms were great, especially the ones with a nice bathroom and good lighting 💡. the location was convenient as it was close to the river and restaurants by 8:15 am. However, it is worth noting that the hotel is quite a distance from the airport.

The lack of variety in the breakfast menu was disappointing. the room service was slow at times and the absence of curtains in the bathroom made it difficult to keep the water from splashing everywhere.

Located by a stunning river, my family and I enjoyed the lovely scenery from our spacious room with clean beds and facilities, like the shower with good water pressure. the hotel breakfast provided a variety of local and western dishes.

The parking system needs improvement, which made the check-out process longer.

During our recent stay at UCSI Hotel, we were delighted by the beautiful city view from our hotel room. The comfortable pillows provided us with a good night's sleep, and the swimming pool area offered fine scenery for relaxation.

Everything was great - from the clean and sanitized room to the fine infinity pool with a sauna and sky lounge. I enjoyed the free breakfast buffet with a heavenly view of the river. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay even better. They quickly resolved my concerns with a telephone in the room. The hotel's location is convenient to the Borneo Convention Centre and had complimentary parking.

Despite a few minor inconveniences, there were some enjoyable aspects of my Christmas stay at the hotel. The staff were helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view from the windows. I particularly enjoyed unwinding in the bathtub after a long day of sightseeing.

There were some issues during my stay that detracted from the overall experience. The restaurant staff lacked basic coordination and communication, resulting in a half-hour wait for food and misplaced orders.
